TOS & Rules !

COMMISSION TOS:
- I have the right to REFUSE any commission.
- always be kind and respectful towards me when purchasing art
- if your work is not complete within a month feel free to give me a poke!
- any work made will be posted for exposure (watermarked) and used as art examples unless requested otherwise
- any art bought from me may be used generally however as long as credits are given
- you are NOT allowed to use art commissioned by me commercially, for NFTs or for AI
- you are not allowed to use my work in negative situations
- do not copy / trace from my artwork or characters
- I do NOT do commission refunds
- I will happily change anything you'd like on a commission
- please do not request more than 4 changes
back to back. any non error change requests past 4 will cost $2 per change. if i made mistakes with your character designs while drawing them please let me know
- changes must be requested when i send the sketch or the final piece
- anyone blacklisted is not allowed to commission me and you may not commission me for people on my blacklist
- generally just please be kind, im very willing to make art for just about anyone as long as you're cool with me and im cool with youCHARACTER DESIGN TOS:
- i WILL NOT take your character(s) that were made by me for purposes. It isn't my right to take something you've bought, even if you block/report/are disrespectful to me.
- while i dislike reselling for more than you bought for, i could honestly care less.
- you are free to trade / gift / sell your characters / designs you got from me freely
- if you are the owner of an OC design you are allowed to re-upload to any site WITH CREDIT
- please do not use characters i have designed in situations that involve pedophilia, bestiality, rape, etc.
- you are free to do slight revamps to characters i have designed (slightly changing markings, colors, species, etc.)
- do not make copies of my designs and call them your own
- you are free to use my designs for anything else (besides what was stated above)

- mechs / robotics (limbs are okay)
- NSFW
- heavy gore (exposed bloody bone, guts, lots of blood, etc.)
- extremely complex designs

Pricing !

HUMANOIDS + ANTHRO:
- bust: $5
- thigh up: $10
- full body: $15
QUADRUPED ANIMALS:
- bust: $5
- full body: $12> added characters are +75% of the price

Doodle Pages !

These are experimental! at the moment they are only being offered for quadruped animal OCs.You will get both the full doodle page + transparents of every doodle separatePRICES:
all prices are based on the number of doodles on a page.
- TYPE A: $35 [1 large fullbody, 1 large headshot, 1 chibi fullbody, 2 chibi headshots]
- TYPE B: $50 [2 large fullbodies, 1 large headshot, 2 chibi headshots, 2 chibi fullbodies]If i deem your character too complex, there will be an additional $10-15 fee depending on complexity. You have the right to back out if you see this unfair. I have the right to refuse any commission.
(examples would be complex calicos/torties, complex tabbies, cats with many markings, etc.)
